3. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate information and necessary materials to enable UNV Digital to deliver the agreed services effectively. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for content provided to UNV Digital.

4. Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in the individual service agreements or invoices. Payments are due as specified, and late payments may incur additional charges. UNV Digital reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation extends beyond the termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials created by UNV Digital during the provision of services remain the property of UNV Digital until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of such materials transfers to the client, unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

UNV Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with prior written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which UNV Digital operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Amendments

UNV Digital reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
